Scorpions commence busy week at Plymouth
ATTIS INSURANCE Scunthorpe Scorpions begin a busy spell of three meetings in four days with the long trip down to Plymouth tonight (Tuesday) at 7pm.
Scorpions are also away at Poole tomorrow (Wednesday), before entertaining the Birmingham Brummies at the Eddie Wright Raceway on Friday (7.30pm).
Third-placed Scorpions are just three points off the top of the Championship table and could move back to the top during the week.
Scorpions will be at full strength at Plymouth and led by new British Champion Adam Ellis at No 1.
The Plymouth Gladiators’ line-up is led by three-time World Champion Jason Crump and former Grand Prix star Bjarne Pedersen.
Scunthorpe team manager Dave Peet said: “The lads all know that we have targeted this meeting for away points, and they will be up for it in this one.”

* JUST a warning to any of our fans who are travelling down to Plymouth tonight to make sure that they have ordered an online ticket in advance. For Poole tomorrow, as per at Scunthorpe on Friday, there is also the option to pay cash at the gate.
