Alex Davies in serious accident

OUR best wishes go out to former Scorpion Alex Davies, who sustained major injuries in a crash in a longtrack meeting over the weekend.

The Australian rode for Scorpions in 2015 and 2016.

Alex suffered swelling to the brain, a compound leg fracture, and a broken collar bone. He is currently in an induced coma, but reported to be in a stable condition.

Promoter Rob Godfrey says: “Alex is a nice lad, and I’m sad to learn of his injuries. We wish him a full and speedy recovery.”
