Jason Garrity signs as Scunthorpe asset

The Henderson Insurance Scunthorpe Scorpions have signed Jason Garrity to become a full asset of the club whilst Michael Palm Toft has become a Peterborough asset. Garrity marked his club debut with a full 15-point maximum against Redcar on Friday night declared on the centre green that he saw his long-term future with the Scorpions and “just wanted to ride at a club who wanted him”.

Club Promoter Rob Godfrey declared “It just made sense for us to own a rider who was riding for us whilst Peterborough owned a rider who was riding for them. Jason is a great lad who wears his heart on his sleeve, much like myself, and I’m sure he will quickly become a fans’ favourite”.
