Crowd funding page for Danny’s family

BRITISH Speedway bosses have endorsed a JustGiving page in support of the family of Danny Ayres.

Mildenhall supporter Ashley Willis was left devastated, like many others, by the sad news of Danny’s passing and has set up the page to raise money for the bereaved family.

All money raised will be initially sent to the Speedway Riders’ Benevolent Fund who will then directly send the funds straight to the Ayres family.

British Speedway Chairman and Scunthorpe Speedway promoter Rob Godfrey said: “We wholeheartedly endorse this act of raising funds and appreciate Ashley setting it up.

“All our thoughts remain with the Ayres family at this devastating time.”
